New Mobile Blog

I started a new personal blog over at: http://sommermobileblog.blogspot.com/

Why? Well, I didn't want to fill up the family blog with a bunch of pointless blather. However, if you're into reading my rather pointless blather then feel free to check out the site from time to time. The idea behind this particular blog is that I can post to it from anywhere with my mobile phone. So far, it has been working well.

If you want, you can set up your own phone to post to the family blog. Just type "blogger mobile" into google and you'll be sure to find lots of details on how to blog from your phone with pictures & text. It's a pretty easy one-time setup and then all you do is send your multimedia message (MMS, Verizon calls it picture messaging) to "go@blogger.com" and it'll automagically post to the blog. Again, you have to set it up first before that'll work.
